Welcome to ProgressionHub! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, platform, and services. By using ProgressionHub, you agree to these Terms.

   • Instructors must provide valid certification credentials.

   • You are responsible for your account security.
   • Do not share login credentials with others.

3. 3. Session Bookings & Payments

   • Sessions are booked through the platform.
   • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
   • No refunds are issued in the MVP; rescheduling is available.

4. 4. Code of Conduct

   • Be respectful and professional in all interactions.
   • Do not post harmful or unlawful content.
   • ProgressionHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. 5. Content & Feedback

   • Users may upload videos and feedback for sessions.
   • ProgressionHub has the right to use anonymized feedback for platform improvement.

6. 6. Intellectual Property

   • All platform content, design, and branding are the property of ProgressionHub.
   • Users may not reproduce, copy, or distribute without written permission.

7. 7. Limitation of Liability

   ProgressionHub is not liable for:

   • Injuries or accidents during in-person sessions.
   • Instructor conduct or third-party services.

8. 8. Changes to Terms

   We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

   These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
